At Safaed, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best products and services. We offer a 7-day return policy for products. However, services provided by Safaed, such as laundry, dry cleaning, or specialized cleaning for sneakers and gear, are non-refundable and cannot be returned once completed.
Returns for Products
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
How to Return Products:
To initiate a return, email us at hello@safaed.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions, including the address to which the product should be sent:

Important Notes:
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at hello@safaed.com. Include clear photos of the issue and your order details. Once verified, we will provide instructions on the next steps to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Services: All services provided by Safaed are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Final Sale Products: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to:
Initiate a return for the product you received.
Place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please Note:
Refunds will only cover the product amount.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at hello@safaed.com.
Services Refund Policy
Services provided by Safaed are non-refundable. Once the service has been completed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
